General

The prices of each garment will vary according to the fabric used to create the garments with. As I mostly use vintage fabrics it can be very challenging to get my hands on some of the more sought after designs you may remember from your childhood. This aspect also makes each dress unique as I am limited to the quantity I can create with.
My fabrics are sourced from around the world which at times of the purchase makes it difficult for me to inspect until the fabric has arrived.

I always try to source out new, less used and in better condition fabrics but it can be difficult as most of these prints are well over 50 years old and knowing their original condition can be difficult at times. All care is taken to avoid areas with blemishes such as fade and spots from use or freshly taken out the packet with printing faults such as misprints or ink bleeding. At times this is unavoidable and I try my best to point out all the imperfection on the garments in
the description when they are listed.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may take up to 2-5 weeks to complete from payment date during very busy periods (school holidays, etc.). All payments must be fully arranged before order is commenced and ready to be shipped out. Please ensure you have verified your sizing when you make your selection. Exchanges and Refunds

All products are hand made by me with attention to all details and are checked over stringently before shipping however, as I am not a machine, on the very rare occasion I may miss something. If this is the case then please contact me via the Get in Touch link at the top of the page.

Generally, refunds are not offered for any purchased item should you change your mind however, cases will be considered separately should there be a significant issue with the item, such as manufacturing defect or fault.

Any item which is desired to be exchanged or refunded needs to be done so within 7 days of receiving the item. No exchange or refund will be considered after this period. Please ensure you follow the sizing charts and guides closely and contact us if you have any questions.

A store credit will apply in the instances where a refund is considered.

Please be aware that as many of these items are only created in small volumes, often one-of-a-kind, it may be not possible to create a second garment in that particular fabric.

Postage costs for exchanges will be covered by you and the item must be in the same condition it was when it was posted to you.
