Postage and Shipping

General

We ship within 2-48 hours of receiving cleared funds on all pre-made items. For custom orders please allow 2-5 weeks during busy period such as school holidays.

How much is postage?

We prefer to use tracked parcel post within Australia with Australia Post.
Please note we are happy to ship internationally tracked or un-tracked.

If choosing un-tracked post it will be at your own risk and no responsibility will be taken on our behalf should the goods not arrive.

Where are my items shipped from?

All items are shipped from our Maz Made. HQ in Mundaring W.A. Pick up is also available from the Maz Made. HQ please contact to arrange a pick up time.

Can I track my order?

You can track the delivery status of your order on the Australia Post website once your tracking number has been sent to you via email once items are dispatched. To track your item simply head over to https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search and follow the simple steps.

Delivery

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We will advise you of expected delivery times and you can use your tracking numbers for more specifics.


Return to Sender

Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to an incorrect address. Care is taken to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition, free from defect.

If a parcel comes back to us marked 'return to sender' the buyer must pay the same postage fee to get the item re-delivered to them again.
