Our digital artwork and designs (‘Designs’) are all original designs, created by Australian Artist Maz Made - Maz Calic - and printed on the textile material (‘Material’) you have chosen.

Colours you may receive on the Material may vary slightly from the exact colours on the website due to differing screen resolutions across desktops and devices, and may also vary based on the Material chosen due to their composition.

If you require an exact colour match, please contact us for a sample.

Our Designs are protected by our copyright, exclusive to us, and are the intellectual property of Maz Made.

If you purchase our design Material, we grant you a non-exclusive, non transferrable license to use the Material under these license terms only: you are permitted to use the Material to make, construct, manufacture or otherwise create any product you wish for personal, retail, wholesale or commercial use.

You cannot, however, copy or make derivative designs using our Designs and resell on Material or otherwise supply our Designs unless you have made a derivative product using our Material purchased from us.

In other words, if you are a competitor or purchaser of our products and Materials, you may not recreate or copy our Designs for commercial or personal use at any time.

You may, however, use our Materials to make your own products for resale, personal or other commercial use.
