REFUND POLICY

As we are providing custom material print sizes and lengths, we do not offer a refund for any change of mind. We do, however, at all times abide by Australian Consumer law with respect to all warranties and refunds.

If the item is confirmed as faulty, customers will be reimbursed for both the item and postage in the form of a refund using the original payment method provided at the time of purchase.

There are no refunds on "Sale" items and all purchases are final.

Any order cancellations will incur a 5% fee which will be deducted from the refund total of your order. Please make sure you contact us on info@maz-made.com to discuss further.
