SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Shipping costs are set at a flat rate depending on the weight of your order, please see below.

Standard - Small Parcel  0.1kg–1kg  $11 AUD

Express Post - Small Parcel 0.1kg–1kg $13 AUD

 

Standard - Medium Parcel 1kg–2kg $15 AUD

Express Post - Medium Parcel 1kg–2kg $17 AUD

 

Standard - Large Parcel 2kg–3kg $18 AUD

Express Post - Large Parcel 2kg–3kg $22 AUD

 

Standard - Extra Large Parcel 3kg–5kg $22 AUD

Express Post - Extra Large Parcel 3kg–5kg $28.50 AUD

 

Standard - Flat Rate Above 5kg $35 AUD

Express Post - Flat Rate Above 5kg $45 AUD

OR FREE postage on orders over $350 AUD within AUSTRALIA

 

All orders are dispatched from our location in Mundaring Western Australia via Australia Post eParcel or for the bigger orders we use TNT road express service.

 

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES:

Once you have received your order confirmation email, please allow:

 

Metro delivery; 3 – 5 business days

Regional delivery; 5 – 10 business days

Remote delivery; 10 – 14 business days

International delivery; 10-24 business days

 

Whilst we always strive to ensure that you receive your parcel within these time frames, peak periods and postal service delays may impact time frames above. All our parcels come with tracking numbers for your convenience.

 

ORDER HANDLING TIME:

Per- Order Fabric:

Please allow 8-10 weeks for per-order fabrics to arrive from the close date of order.

Delivery time frames apply as above once per-order fabrics are ready for dispatch.

In Stock Fabric:

Once your order has been placed, we have a handing time frame of 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will be sent an email notification advising you of the fulfillment of your order along with the tracking details.

Postage Schedules:

Parcels are lodged Monday/Wednesday/Friday

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We currently ship to New Zealand, Canada and United States.

The shipping rate is automatically calculated at the checkout with Australia Post. These charges are based on your address and the weight and dimensions of your order and the current international postal rate set with Australia Post.

Any Taxes and or import duties relevant to your country are not covered by us and will need to be paid and sorted on your end when the goods arrive into your country.
